The pool was sparkling clean and ideal for relaxing during the day. The villa itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail felt carefully considered, from the cozy living spaces to the outdoor areas that made it easy to enjoy the natural surroundings. Waking up to the quiet scenery and enjoying coffee with views of the olive grove was something special. It truly felt like a retreat away from everything, yet still conveniently located. The restaurants in Spilia were amazing and added so much to our experience, and it was only about a 30-minute drive to Chania, making it easy to explore while still enjoying the peaceful setting. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this villa.u003c/emu003e

It had all of the amenities that we expected, it had wonderful views, and Mr. Dimitri was always available for chat to ask for recommendations, advice, or to let him know that we needed some assistance. Villa Maria was a great home base for us to go one our day trips. Mr. Dimitri was also open to receive our feedback on our stay and see what else he could to make the stay of his next guests an even better one. The villa was clean and even half way through our stay the cleaners come and changed our sheets, towels and cleaned the villa. The outside area was absolutely lovely and is where we spent most of our time, especially in the gorgeous pool and BBQ area. The gym area was a bit outdated however it definitely was worth every penny we spent.u003c/emu003e

Our late arrived late and we were still welcomed upon our arrival by Dimitris. We were given enough immediate essentials to help our arrival to be smooth and so comfortable. The property is private but so conveniently located for magnificent beaches and plenty of restaurants. The Villa is beautifully maintained and made our family stay lovely. We were delicately checked on throughout our time to ensure everything was going well and if we had any questions or required assistance. It is a picturesque villa with a beautiful pool. A perfect stay and we were very sad to have to leave the location. A great family BBQ facility and we really enjoyed our time together. Well done absolutely delightful and perfect.
