Booking & Stay Information

  • Check-in: after 16:00
  • Check-out: before 10:00
  • Maximum guests: 9
  • Minimum stay: 5 nights

Payment Terms

  • All bookings are secured by the required deposit at the time of booking.
  • Payment is made by bank transfer. Booking is confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

  • 60 days or more prior to arrival: free cancellation, with refund of any amount paid.
  • 59 days or fewer prior to arrival, no-shows, or early departures: 100% cancellation fee applies.

Environmental Tax

Under Greek law, an Environmental Tax (formerly City Tax) of €15.00 per night applies. This tax is collected on arrival by the owner, and a receipt of payment is issued.

Property & Liability

  • Any damage caused to the villa or its contents during the stay must be settled before departure.
  • Guests are responsible for the property and its contents throughout their stay.
  • The maximum occupancy of 9 guests may not be exceeded without prior written agreement.
  • Quiet hours and respect for neighbours are kindly requested.
  • Parties and events are strictly prohibited. The maximum number of overnight guests must not be exceeded at any time.

Pricing

All prices include all applicable taxes and VAT, except for the Environmental Tax noted above, which is payable separately on arrival.
